These hoop earrings are savvy and spunky and love to be worn frequently. Polished for a luminescent shine, the earrings are made of durable 14k yellow gold that has been mixed with alloys (silver, copper, and zinc) to add strength and durability. The earrings are 2mm wide, with an inside diameter of 25mm. The posts are on a hinge and snap into a "U" shaped fixture on the back of the earring, forever relieving worries about lost earring backs and, in turn, lost earrings.

I purchased these earrings for my teen. They were a perfect size, just what we were looking for. Didn't want to purchase her very large hoops, and didn't want them too small - They are approx. 1 inch in diameter and hang nicely below the lobe. They fasten securely and are lightweight -- won't tear the pierced hole.
Comes in a nice gift box. I recommend these earrings.

The description clearly states that the earrings have an inside diamater of about 25mm. For metric-phobic Americans, that translates to about 1 inch. They're also about 2mm thick, which is about 1/12th of an inch.Just because a prior reviewer couldn't do the conversion is no reason not to buy these earrings!

When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely these earrings were. They are an Inch wide and just simply gorgeous. I have been wearing them ever since, just buy them!!!

I wanted to treat myself to some nice classic gold hoop earrings but not spend a fortune, well i read the reviews and ordered this set, really beautiful and it comes in a beatiful velvelt dark blue box, i love them and you can tell they are not cheap either, highly recommended, they are about 1 inch in diameter, not heavy at all and not big hoopy looking...thanks Amazon.............Melanie...happy customer.

I did a lot of comparison shopping online,department stores and jewelry stores. These earrings can't be beat. They are the perfect size I was looking for, they clasp securely and are very well made. They even come with a guarantee. I couldn't find a comparable pair for this price. I love Amazon.
