 very showy, very large, but well-made May 4, 2008
i ended up returning ths piece, even though it was well-made, and lovely for the type of piece it is. i returned it primarily because it is HUGE- the 3 1/4" width somehow escaped me when i bought this, because the picture is somewhat smallish. stupid me. at any rate, it looks absolutely costume-ish on. i bought this for a bit over 100 on a goldbox sale, and i'm thinking it wa probably worth more than that in materials alone, considering the very heavy weight of the silver! nonetheless, i just couldnt see going out with this on, outside of a sexy halloween costume- Indian princess or something like that. i really like it, but it was just too much, ultimately, and i regretfully returned it, knowing i would never actually wear it day-to-day.
